How much help do you have as a family caregiver?

For those who are family caregivers for someone with Alzheimer's or a related dementia, how much time do you spend in caregiving and/or how much help do you have?
I am 24/7 caregiver with no help from anyone else.
I am 24/7 caregiver but have family that can give me a break.
I share caregiving with other family members.
I have a hired caregiver that helps me regularly.
