A Very Good Day

by
Tim Brennan

Fighting our battles with confusion each day,
Routines are established to keep befuddlement at bay.
We watch for stress and avoid mental fatigue,
harmonious striving to make mind and body agree.

We can still make decisions and want to interact
With those called normal; but it's a balancing act.
Simple is much better and less is okay -
Our motto for having a very, good day.
