Some months ago I stumbled across a beautiful poem called 'The Alzheimer Angel' written by Steven Stoker and as many of you know, it is exceptional!
Since then it has been my distinct honor to display more of his poetry, but to tell you the truth, it is Steven himself whom I have come to treasure the most. You see, he has taught me a new meaning to the word friendship. And that the frailties of the body are no match to that of the human spirit. His warmth, humor and insights have brought countless smiles to my heart and tears to my eyes, so Steven..."Thank You".
On
January 10th, 2000, Lori Severin, Steven's Mother-In-Law was called to
heaven. Since she was the foundation for many of Stevens poems and insights,
this area is now lovingly dedicated to her.
